These terms apply to the use of the meupabx.online website. Signing up for and using the service are governed by the Service Agreement, and the processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

meupabx.online is a managed business telephony service, operated by Rei Rolim Servicos e Tecnologia Ltda, CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) 41.551.584/0001-70, headquartered at Rua Olimpiadas 205, 4º andar CJ. 44, Vila Olimpia, CEP 04551-000, São Paulo/SP, Brazil. In this text, "we" and "us" mean meupabx.online, and "you" means anyone who visits or uses the website.

2. What the website offers

On the website you learn about the service, build a configuration in the configurator, see an estimated price, request a quote, and talk to our team. Customers also find access to the dashboard here.

3. The configurator and prices

• The price shown in the configurator is an estimate, based on what you entered.
• Sending your details through the configurator is a request for a quote. It is not a contract and does not generate any charge.
• The final price comes in the quote, after our team's technical review.
• The prices, conditions, and features shown on the website may change at any time. What has already been contracted follows the accepted quote and the Service Agreement.

4. How to use the website

When using the website, you agree to:

• provide true information, about yourself or the company you represent;
• not try to break into, overload, or bypass the security of the website;
• not use bots or other automated means to copy content in bulk or send fake requests;
• not impersonate another person or company.

5. Brand and content

The meupabx.online brand, the website design, the texts, and the images are ours and may not be copied or used without authorization. The 3CX and Amazon AWS brands belong to their owners and appear on the website only to indicate the platform and the hosting we use.

6. Third-party services

The website has links and buttons that lead to services from other companies, such as WhatsApp and the 3CX apps. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Website availability

We work to keep the website online and the information correct, but it may be unavailable or contain errors. If you find something wrong, let us know. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the configurator estimate, without the quote.

8. Personal data

The data you provide on the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each change creates a new version, with a publication date, shown at the top of this page. The history is at the bottom of the page.

10. Language, law, and venue

This document may be published in other languages. If there is any difference between the versions, the Portuguese version prevails. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the judicial district of São Paulo. When consumer protection law applies, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
