No. Each person answers through the app, on a computer, on a mobile phone, or in the browser. For those answering on a computer, a headset with a microphone helps a lot.

Yes. We have a list of compatible IP phones. Three reference models: Yealink T31G, Yealink T33G, and Fanvil V62. After you sign up, our team gives you more details based on your setup.

Yes. The app works anywhere with an internet connection, and you talk through your company extension.

A local number has your city's area code. An 0800 number is toll-free for the caller. A 4003 number is a nationwide number: from anywhere in Brazil, the caller pays the cost of a local call.

Callers hear a welcome message and choose an option, such as 1 for sales, 2 for billing, and 3 for support. The call goes to the department they chose.

You choose the text and the voice, female or male, and our team records it and sets it up. The configurator comes with ready-made scripts that you can change.

With prepaid credit. You choose how much you want to spend per month, starting at R$50, and calls are deducted from that amount: R$0.09 per minute to landlines and R$0.29 to mobile phones. The configurator shows how many minutes your credit gets you.

No. Whatever is left at the end of a month rolls over for up to 3 months.

Yes, anytime. You can increase it, reduce it, or add more credit in the middle of the month. The minimum is R$50 per month.

How many calls can one number receive at the same time?

Up to 5. On a regular line, if someone is talking, callers hear a busy signal. Here, if five customers call the same number at once, all five are answered: they hear the welcome message and go on to the department they chose or to the queue. Only a sixth call, at that same moment, wouldn't go through. For outbound calls, there is no per-number limit. If your company receives more than that, talk to our team.

Because above 80 extensions, meupabx.online runs on a server just for your company, and that information defines its size. With the right number, your team gets a great experience and you don't pay for capacity you don't use. If you don't know, keep our suggestion: our team will confirm it with you before the quote.

Above 80 extensions, the server is dedicated and sized for the peak you enter in the configurator. By default, each number takes up to 5 inbound calls at the same time.
